- US Citizen or Permanent U.S. Resident.
- The option for a co-borrower is available, and if they are a citizen, you can be a non-citizen with TSA verification.
- A co-borrower is recommended to improve your financing options.
- Subject to a credit check and employment verification.
- You must complete the program you sign up for within 36 months.
